Indigenous Peoples in Canada are holders of natural and environmental wisdom,
and also known as the earliest carpenters and builders in Canada.
For years, Indigenous workers have attended training courses not designed for them, often requiring people to leave their homes just to find gainful employment.
Often, their training would go undocumented, resulting in negative labour outcomes. But that’s all about to change.
Indigenous Peoples are Canada’s original inhabitants. Positioning workers for career success is imperative.
